Things sellers ask before we start.

Do I really get full service?

We don't know how to do it any other way. We do more than most agents who charge 6–7%. Shop around first, then apply.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. No upfront fees. You work with a neighborhood expert — full-time, experienced, with low overhead — so the numbers work at a flat fee.

Why can you offer so much for so little?

Four reasons: lower broker overhead, we only take homes that sell fast, our average price point is higher, and we rely on referrals rather than advertising.

What about homes under $500K?

We spend significant money upfront on marketing, so the numbers don't work below that threshold. We'll still run the whole system at any price, but the fee stays flat at $15,000.
